Cons: Small room, but for the price was excellent
Cons: When i got to the front desk,there was some confusion to wheather i had paid for the 2 rooms or not that i booked with easy book.com.the hotel staff were insistant that i did not pay for the rooms which i thought i did because i gave all my credit card details to easy book.com and thought a transaction had gone though,and then printed off my conformation in the e mail.i then had to pay for the rooms that i already thought i had paid for.it was really embarrassing for me and my wife and my friend and the hotel staff which were not at fault,but easy book.com for not making it clear that i was just comfirming the 2 rooms and not paying for it.please you can do one thing and that is to make it clearer to your customers that its just a conformation website to save the confusion and embarassment at the hotel.next time i will not be using your website and going to the hotel directly!!!!!
Cons: The negative side was the full english breakfast, it was cooked in a microwave, except for the fried eggs, the bacon was horrible and soggy and sausages & tomatoe were rock hard, plus tinned mushrooms.
Cons: The rooms were warmer than i would have liked and the windows only open about 3 or 4 inches.
