Top location and communal areas very nice but rooms tired and in need of upgrading. Bar prices very expensive . Unless rooms were upgraded, not sure we would stay here again.
Pros: Staff & location - faultless, arrived 2.5hrs early, but still able to take the room.
Cons: My only negative, was that while very clean, the interior & exterior looked 'tired' no doubt this will not be a factor for the commonwealth games

Pros: Very good service and friendly staff. continental breakfast was good. very convenient for glasgow queen st railway station.
Cons: Room 404 - my bed (not the mattress, but the bed itself) was not at all in good condition with wobbly legs which meant i didn't really get a good night's sleep.

Pros: We had booked a club room, which was large and comfortable. it gave us free access to the club lounge with free internet and drinks at happy hour - nice touch. staff was very helpful and the hotel is easy to find and in a great location.
Cons: The hotel is quite nice, but getting a little run down - could use some sprucing up.
