This Is the second visit to the Master Robert Hotel and will keep going back when we visit London. The rooms are spacious and Clean. All staff are very helpful and polite. Breakfast on first morning was served to us as there wasn't many attending, and was a little disappointing as most of it came out cold. But the second morning it was back to how we remembered it as a buffet and was great!! There's a tube station about 20 min walk from hotel and takes you into central London in 20 mins. If you looking for a cheap london break this hotel is ideal.

I think guests should be advised that there is no sound proofing in this room ,as it is necessary to increase the volume on the TV when the aircraft fly over, it is also hard to sleep until the flights descrease at night. There was a gap big enough for my fingers to go under the door. One of the mugs in the room was chipped.The room was very dark and the bed was a wardrobe fold out.If I stayed again it would have to be at a very low price.

Nice hotel close to the Underground Network, Amazing Breakfast and general cuisine excellent. Staff in the dining room looked like they did not want to be there and they were not properly dressed on some occassions with their shirts tucked out and hair not tied back. The biggest problem is there was a terrible smell as you walk in and out of reception and in our rooms the bathroom really needs updating! There was also half finished paint jobs behind the heater and a lot of dust everywhere, i know that the rate we paid was excellent but I hope a substantial portion of that money does go into renovating the room
