I was heading back to London for a class reunion and this place was right down the street - so it was really convenient. It was a pretty good service apartment - wasn't very big, but had all the necessary things (bed, modern bathroom, kitchenette, free Wifi, etc.). When I got there, they even upgraded me to a bigger room, which was nice. If I had to stay in the Regent's Park area, this one is definitely on my short list.

This hotel is very clean and its equipment appears new. There is only 1 manager onsite during the day, who can get quite busy when a lot of phone calls come in. The location is very convenient, only 5 minute walking away from Baker Street tube station and has many shops and restaurants in the vicinity. My room is small and in the basement, but it has an large natural window and plenty of light. Simply cooking capability is in the room, although I didn't use it. The other guests could be quieter but not excessively noisy. Overall, it's a very good value and I would recommend to people who travels simple and short.

Nice suites with modern well equiped kitchenettes. Good sleeping comfort because of modern bed but a little bit cold i the room because of one-pane windows. The hotel is located near the underground station and is in walking distance to many theatres and museums.

The hotel reception is open only from 10:00 to 18:00, makes it heard to check in, out and have service, as no one even answers the phone at the evenings! The room was very small but clean and new, never enough towels, and no one to ask from (unless you are there at 10:00-18:00) instead of traveling... Very close to baker station and Sherlock Holmes museum.

The flat was really nice but a bit too small for three people. The overview was not really good because our flat was located in the basement. The hairdryer was broken and we asked for another one. But it took two days until we got it. But the flat itselfe was clean and nice and we enjoyed our visit! London, we will be back :-)

Excellent central location but ..........Out of my four four nights the shower did not work for two nights, the alarm went off on one night and took over an hour for someone to fix it, the room was not cleaned on two occasions, the tv was poor quality image.I was eventually moved to a room which at least had a working shower.Not a good place for a business stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the subway-station with multiple lines, linking you to all the touristy spots in the city. The hotel is clean and quit and the neighborhood is safe. The room is clean enough but small.What we did not like is the reception of the hotel. When arriving after 6 pm you need to go to another hotel to pick up the key and check in the day after at Suite 146. The reception however was not open at 10 am the other day and when we got back later (5.30 pm) it was closed again. When we wanted to check out the day after there the reception opened late again. Therefor we did not appreciate the service to much. The location and price however make up for it and we had a pleasant stay!

Located near the Tube Station Baker Street, you´re close to the most interesting sites. The room was very clean, with a small bathroom with shower and toilet. Everything was in good condition. The small kitchen was complete featured with microwave and fridge. Next time I come to London I´ll check in here again!

Pros: Enjoyed the location of this hotel. nice to have a little kitchen and somewhere to sit to come back to.
bed was comfortable and nicely made up each day.
Cons: We had a futon in the flat in the living area. should be a bed chesterfield. we ended up putting it up and moving it around the room to make it more of a sitting area. inside flat would have benefitted from a window with more light coming in it.
