The flat was really nice but a bit too small for three people. The overview was not really good because our flat was located in the basement. The hairdryer was broken and we asked for another one. But it took two days until we got it. But the flat itselfe was clean and nice and we enjoyed our visit! London, we will be back :-)

Excellent central location but ..........Out of my four four nights the shower did not work for two nights, the alarm went off on one night and took over an hour for someone to fix it, the room was not cleaned on two occasions, the tv was poor quality image.I was eventually moved to a room which at least had a working shower.Not a good place for a business stay.

Located near the Tube Station Baker Street, you´re close to the most interesting sites. The room was very clean, with a small bathroom with shower and toilet. Everything was in good condition. The small kitchen was complete featured with microwave and fridge. Next time I come to London I´ll check in here again!

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the subway-station with multiple lines, linking you to all the touristy spots in the city. The hotel is clean and quit and the neighborhood is safe. The room is clean enough but small.What we did not like is the reception of the hotel. When arriving after 6 pm you need to go to another hotel to pick up the key and check in the day after at Suite 146. The reception however was not open at 10 am the other day and when we got back later (5.30 pm) it was closed again. When we wanted to check out the day after there the reception opened late again. Therefor we did not appreciate the service to much. The location and price however make up for it and we had a pleasant stay!

Pros: A better than average basic hotel, with useful mini kitchen in room.
Cons: Room a little bit on the small side, but when you're in london you don't spend a long time in the room, so perfectly adequate to our needs.

Pros: The zone is excellent, buses, underground and all type of outlets. quite area.
Cons: In case of any incidence between 18'00h to 9'00 no help from de hotel is avalaible. electronic keys are a highly potential risk of incidences. no lift.

Pros: We had no problem to change our room to something we found good.
Cons: First room we had was not all as expected, down the basement with ice cold floor and no windows.

Pros: Enjoyed the location of this hotel. nice to have a little kitchen and somewhere to sit to come back to.
bed was comfortable and nicely made up each day.
Cons: We had a futon in the flat in the living area. should be a bed chesterfield. we ended up putting it up and moving it around the room to make it more of a sitting area. inside flat would have benefitted from a window with more light coming in it.

Pros: The accommodation was spotlessly clean, nicely appointed and a great position.
Cons: The instructions for getting to the apartment were terrible. so spent a good hour trying to find the address. i was not told to register at the hotel some way down the road first and arrived at the apartments with no way of getting in. only the arrival of other guests, who told me to go to the other hotel to register saved me from sleeping on a park bench!
