Pros: Room towards the back nice and quiet. very efficient housekeepint.
Cons: ---

Pros: Enjoyable stay.
Cons: Kettle needs a good clean.

Pros: The suite was clean, compact and ideal for the short stay required.pleasant road.
Cons: We were on the 4th floor and the lift did not work!

Pros: Free wifi, good rooms
Cons: Can be a little noisy at times - usual hotel noises though

Pros: Clean room, near to tube
Cons: Very small room

Pros: The location waas great and the hotel was very clean and great value for money.
Cons: The staffs were very rude. their attitude is appalling. most were from eastern europe but that should not be a reason to be rude and unfriendly.

Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent! a skip and a jump from hyde park and only 2 blocks from queensway tube station and 3 from bayswater tube station. the kichenette is very helpful since most of the resturants and fast food closed around 9-10ish. me and my boyfriend like to eat late and snack so we used all appliances. the bathroom is actually very clean and new. the bed was pretty comfortable (but only comes with 2 pillows. no extra blanket or pillows given)the tv has a dvd slot in it so you can bring movies. (which i recommend if you plan on lounging on some days since the tv only has 3 channels) all in all it was a great location and worth it if your not gunna be in the room much. good for couples. just enough room.
Cons: 3 main things that ticked me and my boyfriend off:
1. we requested a room with a view and got a basement room. when asking the receptionist if we can change since we requested it a month in advanced and got a confirmation email stating the request can be and will be granted she said "oh well were booked"
2. well napping during the afternoon with the " do not disturb" sign on the door the cleaning girl knocked once then barged in! literally had no chance to get up. i was in shock and felt it quite alarming that she didnt see the sign that was dangling still from her rush through the door. and she still even had the nerve to ask "do you want me to clean?" umm...no were sleeping!
3. the receptionist at suite 43 (which you must check in at) is quite a character. very slow and for every question asked she replied "come tommarrow and ask the morning receptionist"


other then that the rooms are smaller then expected but we didnt stay in them much just for sleep and showering. i dont know if it was just us since we were in the basement but there are lots of noises at night. ohh and the tv only has 3 channels. no radio. just a simple battery alarm clock.

Pros: Clean convenient, and good price.
Cons: It is an adapted town house and some problems with the ac and the elevator.

Pros: We had a great time in london and 39 suites was an excellent choice for us.

Pros: Clean spacious room.
looks new.

Cons: Female hotel staffs are ignorant, they are the paris hilton wannabes.
female hotel staffs are lazy and look dirty.
female hotel staffs speak broken english.

Pros: The room was good
Cons: I didnt understqdn reception was at 43

Pros: Great location. small but clean rooms. good value.

Pros: The room was not the biggest, but it was very functional. the bathroom was extremely nice, clean and spacious compared to the size of the room. really nice place to stay for a couple of nights and would recommend it to friends and family... :)

Pros: The room had what we needed a clean room to go back to after hours of walking. the cleaner of the room even washed dishes i left which was very nice of them.
Cons: Our room was on basement level so no room with a view and also the fire exit also outside our room was laundry bags so if there was a fire our exit was blocked.

Pros: Room very clean, friednly staff,
Cons: There was no power in hotel on sunday morning the 15th, we were not told about the problem until we checked out of hotel,

Cons: In our 6-night stay there, we experienced a power failure on one day, alarm triggered with no reason/or proper explanation given on the other and the elevator was out of order on our last day. therefore, i have to drag all 4 large luggages (one by one) all the way down from level 5 with no help from the hotel.
