Pros: The location and the friendly staff
Cons: Worn out rooms, with bathroom doors that couldn't be closed - so if you are travelling with a friend you'll get to know each other
Pros: Good location
Cons: Room not as described or featured on website.
carpet filthy, window cracked. bathroom clean although tired.
power sockets loose and not all working. kitchenettes area poor-
no plug in sink so not able to wash up, cramped and difficult to even microwave food.
noisy room needs double glazing.
Cons: The room was very small and very shabby. i dd consider checking out when i git int the room but ddnt think i would get a room elsewhere a short notice. i wont say there again!!!
Pros: Great location and friendly front desk staff. underground is super close. 24 hour supermarket very close and lots of pubs and restaurants in walking distance. would stay here again.
Cons: Rooms were small, but you get what you pay for. it didn't matter anyways because we were hardly ever in the room, just to sleep. so it was worth not spending a ton of money on hotel in exchange for a smaller room, but great location.

"The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable"
Pros: The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable
Cons: The bathroom was not cleaned as well as possible, and all food had to be catered for (which was expected), however there were no teatowels to wipe the dishes with. there was also no phone that you could use to make external calls and the internet service was advertised as high-speed when it was very low quality (1-2 bars out of 5) and expensive to use
"The personnel seems to do a good job of keeping the run-down property going"
Pros: The personnel seems to do a good job of keeping the run-down property going...one can live with some cracks on the ceiling but the bed should have been moved to a bed cemetery a long time ago...i located every single spring in it, not funny when sleeping. the bed-clothes, though, were quite clean so the personnel is doing their best to save what is possible
Cons: See above;
also a 50£ charge for lost magnetic keys is not reasonable (i did not lose mine!)
"Hotell is close to station and close to supermarket"
Pros: Hotell is close to station and close to supermarket

"The dylan is in a good location for travel in london and withing easy..."
Pros: The dylan is in a good location for travel in london and withing easy walking distance to the earls court station and a 24 hour tesco market.
Cons: The room was very small and the bathroom was smaller than an airplane bathroom. the assistance desk is only manned from 2pm to 10 pm and we never got some of the requested assistance. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. charging $200 per night is a crime that i have no recourse for.

"Close to earl's court metro station, tesco supermarket (very useful if you..."
Pros: Close to earl's court metro station, tesco supermarket (very useful if you travel on a budget, since the room has a s,all refrigerator, microwave oven etc. ) and a lot of other pubs/restaurants etc, which are located on the earl's court road.
Cons: Terrible mattress - both me and my wife woke up every day with a back ache. the stuff said there was nothing they could do about it. in addition to that the base of my bad was broken. it took tree days to replace it.
the leak in the bathroom was not fixed till the day we left.

"The only positive thing is good location of the hotel and small kitchenette..."
Pros: The only positive thing is good location of the hotel and small kitchenette in room.
Cons: Nothing negative happened, but the room was not clean and i sholud ask every day to change the towels and to pick up litters, otherwise they would not do it. in the room description there was written that there is hairdryer and telephone in the room, but it was not in the room. all in all, room is very poor.
