Stayed for 2 nights at the end of March. We arrived early (about 13:30) with our two toddlers. The receptionist was most understanding, and organised a room for the children to have a nap in while our family room was being prepared. The family room (room 1014) was spacious and clean with modern decor. Throughout our stay, the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous.I regularly stay at 4 star hotels (I work quite a few weekends away from home), and am often accompanied by my children - generally they are treated as an inconvenience. This was our best experience yet. Would definitely stay here again.

"A quadruple room for 4 adults - perfect"
Pros: A quadruple room for 4 adults - perfect. comfortable beds, amazingly light and airy, fantastic shower - it suited us perfectly, really happy with the room.
Cons: When we went to pay, we tried to split the bill between us but the guy on reception made a big fuss and was really unhelpful - you could see he just couldn't be bothered to split the bill so one person had to foot the whole bill - that was not on.

"The 3-pers"
Pros: The 3-pers. rooms are new and in the basement of the hotel. the room is big enough for 3 and has comfortable beds. the room was clean and has facilities such as a hairdryer and ironing equipment
Cons: The room in the basement has a view to the courtyard with all kinds of equipment for the hotel. so also not possible to open a window.
Pros: We enjoyed our stay. we had everything you said would be in the room. it was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Nothing negative about our stay, but i do recommend that you remove old comments from before the renovations, as they are no longer applicable. your hotel is a pleasure to stay in.
