Reception staff were very polite and helpful. very close to paddington station (4mins walk).rooms a little small but 3 decent size beds. i would definitely stay there again.
Bathroom very small but adequate. breakfast needs some re-organisation not enough food points for the number of tables in dining room. Anonymous

The hotel is located in a spot that affords you to get on the tube fairly quick. you are also just around the corner from a selection of places to eat and hyde park is just down the way. yes the rooms are small but this place is for those who spend the least amount of time in their rooms.The street side noise was on the loud side. many sirens throughout the night.Anonymous

The location of the hotel is excellent, just down the road from paddington station. the staff were polite and friendly, they took my wish for a non-basement room into account and gave me a room on the first floor even though the hotel was fully booked.check-in and check-out went out smoothly and fast.the breakfast was included in the room price and was a buffet of baked beans, scrambled eggs, cold meats, etc. it was better than continental breakfast, so i didn't bother to order the full english breakfast with extra charge.my room was tiny but very very quiet! no noise from the streets nor from neighbouring rooms. it was really quiet so i had a good sleep there even though the hotel is located in the middle of the hustle and bustle of paddington station - and it was weekend with lots of people out on the streets!I stayed in a single room (no 20), which was tiny! just a bed, a wardrobe, a small table. but everything i needed was there; even the coffee making facilities! the shower was tiny as well, but plenty of hot water, so in the end it was not that bad for the money i paid. Despite both websites (easytobook.com and the abbey court hotel website) stating that there would be wi-fi internet access in the room, it was not available, and the staff simply asked me to use the lobby. it's not always that easy! Anonymous

Was palced in a grond floor room which was next to a door that seem to be for all the cleaning staff to go through. with the constand banging and chatting outside the room leed to a very early wake up call !!!Anonymous

Exclellent location, good for getting into a green space ( hyde park). Rooms are a bit small and "hostel-like" with no frills. however ok for the money, and everything worked. public spaces very smart. staff helpful and pleasant. quick service in the breakfast room.Rushton

Beautiful entrance hall that gives a wonderful first impressionI chose the hotel mainly because of the fact that it had a carpark we could use, but when we got there it was being refurbished so we couldn't use it and had to pay £19 to park for the whole day- it would have been massively appreciated if someone told us so we could have chosen another hotel!
staff were rude and unhelpful,
room was definitely not up to the same beautiful standard as the entrance hall,
hotel should make customers aware that that have to travel through congestion charge areas to get to the hotel.Anonymous
