Cons: Because the apartments are available for short stays (3 or more nights), it would be very helpful to provide a set of basic supplies such as one finds in timeshare accommodations: dish cloth, dishwashing soap, pot holders, tea towels, salt and pepper. we expected to purchase groceries, but did not expect to provide our own dishwashing soap and even bath/hand soap. the suggested supply packet should be used when people rent the apartment for two weeks or less--it seems silly to ask people to buy a whole bottle of dishwashing soap, salt and pepper, etc., if they are only go to be there for a few days.
