"OK, but only if you'd like to save money"
it's not too bad, but it's really poor. The breakfast is just cereal and toast; there's hardly any hot water... The beds are really bad. The people are very nice though. Not recommended for families!!

 "good size room"
It was a very good size room , it was clean but could do with a deeper clean. Eg cobwebs and dust, you could do with some lamps in the room as the the light was to bright fo me when I was layed in bed but I didn't want no light, some more pillows would be a easier night sleep, the breakfast was standerd althought the hot chocolate was lovely, it was very good for my money and great location it has shops and tube station very close, the staff smiled and was helpful, I would be more than happy to stay there again

 "Ugly room"
On the surface all is well. The reception, the computer room, the bar, very well. The location is good, a nice neighborhood and close to subway station Baron's court. But the room was poor and dirty laundry. E The breakfast had few alternatives..

 "Smelly and dirty"
Filthy bed sheets, the hotel was smelly, the tv in the room didnt work. We ordered a cab, but instead someone in a private car, came to Pick us up. The wifi worked poorly and only in the reception. The staff was not friendly when i afsked for clean sheets.

 "Hotel without heat!"
We started to get a room in the basement very cold. Next morning we asked if we could have another room and when we came back in the afternoon we had a room on 2. Much better room but still without heat. It was not possible to get any heat, we asked in the reception and they promised to look at it but no heat.

 "Ok"
The place is fine. It's reasonably clean and has all the stuff I needed: a place to sleep and bathe. The breakfast was simple but nice, the bed was creaky and sagging, I never had to wait for the bathroom, the location was convenient and the staff were indifferent. If you are looking for a place with character and a fun and cheerful environment, I suggest looking elsewhere. if you are looking for a place to lay your head and clean your body, the W14 will do.

 "Not overwhelmed"
For 100 pounds a night this hotel was very disappointing. I mean, the room was clean - but there wasn't a toilet in the room - you had to get dressed and wald through 3 doors to get to this smelly toilet. The bed was alright - but that was it. We couldt'n even get the TV to work. I am not going back to this hotel.

 "Excellent"
I'm really surprised! :) It was a rea pleasure. The employees, the rooms....... the only thing that I didn't like was fact that the breakfast opens at 7'30 a.m. (too late for me).

 "One night stay with family"
The hotel is in a quiet street and withing easy walking distance of Baron's Court tube station. We had a twin room in the basement which was clean and tidy with wooden floors and had a small personal patio area with access to the large rear garden. It was a pleasant surprise to have access to the garden. There is a nice bar area and several computers for accessing the internet. The staff were friendly and helpful. They could do with telling you that you need to pay a deposit to have the TV remote control when booking in, and having additional pilllows available. I was travelling with my mum, sister and nieces and felt very safe. There were lockable lockers in the room and in the left luggage area. It was useful being able to drop off luggage before booking in and being able to leave luggage for later collection on check out day, and this seemed to be a well tried and effective practice. The continental breakfast buffet was good, albeit a bit manic, but it was nice that it was buzzing and not your usual quitet B&B style breakfast room. The only downside was the noise overhead ( I think the office was above our room), but this is an old converted house after all. I would certainly use the hotel again.

"Conveniently located between 2 tube stations"
Pros: Conveniently located between 2 tube stations. free wi-fi (unlike those that charge for this service).
Cons: It was the presence of the mice and spiders in the room that was a real let down. there was at least 2 years of dust and dirt beneath the bed, and rotting food in the fridge.

Cons: Room was nothing like how it was described on the website or confirmation email. didn't even have a toilet in the room.more like a hostel than a hotel, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

"The hotel is in a quiet part of kensington"
Pros: The hotel is in a quiet part of kensington.
it has a very nice patio, you can buy your own food in a supermarket and have a picnic there.
there is a bar in the hotel and they also propose meals. there is a tv room, internet room, etc it feels like a youth hostel but it was not noisy during our stay.
Cons: The hotel is a bit far away from the center of london, you need 3/4 of an hour to reach it by bus (n°10).
no english breakfast (we were aware of that).
the bathroom could have been better, it was a bit old and not very convenient to bathe children.
there isn't much space to put your clothes in the room.
