"Excellent"
I'm really surprised! :) It was a rea pleasure. The employees, the rooms....... the only thing that I didn't like was fact that the breakfast opens at 7'30 a.m. (too late for me).

"One night stay with family"
The hotel is in a quiet street and withing easy walking distance of Baron's Court tube station. We had a twin room in the basement which was clean and tidy with wooden floors and had a small personal patio area with access to the large rear garden. It was a pleasant surprise to have access to the garden. There is a nice bar area and several computers for accessing the internet. The staff were friendly and helpful. They could do with telling you that you need to pay a deposit to have the TV remote control when booking in, and having additional pilllows available. I was travelling with my mum, sister and nieces and felt very safe. There were lockable lockers in the room and in the left luggage area. It was useful being able to drop off luggage before booking in and being able to leave luggage for later collection on check out day, and this seemed to be a well tried and effective practice. The continental breakfast buffet was good, albeit a bit manic, but it was nice that it was buzzing and not your usual quitet B&B style breakfast room. The only downside was the noise overhead ( I think the office was above our room), but this is an old converted house after all. I would certainly use the hotel again.

"Conveniently located between 2 tube stations"
Pros: Conveniently located between 2 tube stations. free wi-fi (unlike those that charge for this service).
Cons: It was the presence of the mice and spiders in the room that was a real let down. there was at least 2 years of dust and dirt beneath the bed, and rotting food in the fridge.

Cons: Room was nothing like how it was described on the website or confirmation email. didn't even have a toilet in the room.more like a hostel than a hotel, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

"The hotel is in a quiet part of kensington"
Pros: The hotel is in a quiet part of kensington.
it has a very nice patio, you can buy your own food in a supermarket and have a picnic there.
there is a bar in the hotel and they also propose meals. there is a tv room, internet room, etc it feels like a youth hostel but it was not noisy during our stay.
Cons: The hotel is a bit far away from the center of london, you need 3/4 of an hour to reach it by bus (n°10).
no english breakfast (we were aware of that).
the bathroom could have been better, it was a bit old and not very convenient to bathe children.
there isn't much space to put your clothes in the room.
Pros: None!
Cons: The hotel was more like i imagine a hostel would be. my room had office metal lockers as wardrobes. breakfast was very basic. would not recommend to anyone especially at £69 per night.
