The hotel was good! we stayed in a tripple room and this was okay! sometimes you can hear the neighbor! going to the center needs a little bit time! but the breakfast was great at each morning.thank you!

I really liked the hotels location so near to the tube and pretty central. Good quality to be so cheap! Wish the hotel had wifi tough otherwise Ian very pleasant with my visit at Alexandra.

 "Good location but t over priced and not clean enough."
This hotel is in a good locatoin. but that really is the only thing going for it. . Completely over priced . Breakfast was unedible and we had to go out to buy breakfast each morning. Rooms were not clean enough , there was no plug for the bath so we could not take a bath and non was available. the walls were paper thin and the traffic from the street was very loud. there was no air conditioning. . Towels were only changed every second day and sheets every third day which we thought was bizarre. Most staff were friendiy enough but not helpful enough. Showers did not heat up for 5 minutes and then they would burn you they got so hot. We will not be staying again.

Small, but cozy. Private bathroom was nice. All staff was friendly. No AC or fan so room got a little warm with no airflow. Breakfast included cereal and toast and drinks.

Pros: Hotel was very clean, easy to get to. good location for us i would stay there again no problem if breakfast improved
Cons: The breakfast in this hotel was very poor nothing but white bread toasted,coffee cold, plastic cheese and ham!the staff started cleaning up dinning room 10 mins before breakfast was due to be finished i would recommend this hotel if breakfast improved

Pros: Only positive experience was location. is' very good.
Cons: Rooms are very small, the one we stayed in was in the basement, very smelly, no fresh air, they dont' realy clean the rooms, they just make the bed.then we got anther room-58 steps to the room, very small bathroom. we had to pay the first day we came???? i think this was the worst hotel ever. for more than 500€ for 5 nights i think it should be better!!!

Pros: Our room was clean. the reception desk was attended for 24 hours.
Cons: Only continental breakfast available - watered-down orange juice,one day ran out of knives & we used a spoon to spread the butter, ran out of glasses had to use a cup for juice, yoghurts ran out & not replaced, only toast available as bread selection. waiting staff seemed unable to cope.

Cons: We were asked to stay in a different building from the address given. the breakfast was of very poor quality.the staff on duty in the breakfast room were unhelpful. the building was being decorated and the painters were very noisy early in the morning.
