The room was a bit small for a triple, the third bed was squashed in by the window, not a lot of room to move about in.Anonymous

Room was kept very clean, beds made up daily. full english breakfast was very nice with good selection.Room walls very thin and, as the next room occupants used their tv until 2a.m. i had to complain about the noise. traffic noise from outside prevented sleep also. soft furnishings,bedding etc in room faded and very dated.BOWER

Ideally placed for sightseeing and excellent transport connections with tubes and busesUnhappy about incorrect information on your website about payment. credit card details were requested 'for the booking' and site said that payment would be made at hotel. full cost of holiday was, however, immediately deducted by company in fort lauderdale, usa causing confusion and concerns that it was a fraudulent transaction. this should be made much clearer on your site as i was expecting - as the website said - to pay at the hotel.Anonymous

The location of this hotel is excellent. we found the hotel staff very helpful and friendly. our room overlooked the garden and was delightful. we would highly recommend this hotel.Melay
