Most staff very friendly, clerk held our bags for us for 5 hours while we went out after checking out. fantastic breakfast
Cleaner came to start giving our room a once over half an hour before checkout time (11:00am) had passed and was a little rude when we said we would be out by the time we had to check out. no knock was heard by either of us, she just opened the front door. fortunately there was a second door a couple of meters just after the door she had opened as i had literally just stepped out of the shower when she started to barge in.Anonymous

The staff were very helpful, helped me with information, carried my suitcase and tried to help me with any problemsThis hotel is certainly not 3 star. the rooms are of poor quality, the telephones are disconnected. the bathrooms are of a 'pod style' the beds are old and lumpy and the furniture is falling to bits. the hotel is of poor standardAnonymous

Good first impression. hotel staff was quick to answer any questions we had.Too far from city center, although advertised as an easy walk, it was a 20 min bus ride. they seemed to always run out of certain foods at breakfast. the room was not always cleaned properly.Anonymous

The carpet had stains on it and when removing our cases from the top of the wardrobe they were covered in dust. that is the only thing that i would say was not ok. enjoyed our stay there and the staff were very friendly and courteous.Meyers Valerie
