 "Disappointed..."
The hotel is situated on a very good location near Paddington Station and many restaurants. We had good experiences in this area booked a room for four. It was a spacious, but unfortunately very poor room. There were no chairs and hardly any facilities. The TV had no remote controle. There were holes in the window frame and lace. We couldn't close the curtains completely. The bathroom was hardly cleaned and very small. Breakfast was quite poor, served in an uninviting basement. For a few pounds you get a better breakfast just around the corner.We were quite dissappointed about this hotel and expected a little more for the money we paid. For this money there are better hotels in Paddington!

The Hotel had very small rooms. That is not a major problem, but many of the picturs on the site said otherwise. And it was so small, that two bags took half the floorBut after all, the stay was very good. The location was perfect.

 "Nice cheap on top location"
Good hotel , nice staff and a verry good location to visit all the things you like to see.Breakfast is good , we had a nice stay in this hotel for a verry good price.Would book again on a next stay.

 "A too essential hotel"
my room was at 3th floor, the stairs were so narrow and steep, i had some difficoult whit my luggage. The room was so small: tha bathroom is so small that if you want to stay in you've got to keep the door open, there was no chairs, so you've got to keep the luggage on the bed! they never have changed my towel they just put them on the bed every day.At 7 AMo clock the smell of bacon filled the room.

 "nice familiy hotel, very simple"
The location is top (right at paddington station), the rooms are clean but very simple, the bathroom is tiny. But the owner and his staff are very friendly, the breakfast is unexpectably good ant the price is ok. We stayed there with two kids and can recommend it for a family trip, if you do not expect any luxury.

 "First time in UK."
Great price, location and best of all its 24 hour service. seperate entrance to our part of hotell. The only i will not recomend is the breakfast, its okey but very simple and cheap produced.But in total the breakfast is no issue becuase you can walk for like 2-3 minuttes to get fresh baked food and cheap breakfast.great place to stay if you not need anything else than a cheap place you can reach 27/7.

 "Location Location Location"
The location was excellent, an easy walk to Paddington Station and many buses passing by took you to all the major sites and areas of London. The room was comfortable, clean and being at the back part of the hotel ensured a good night sleep. There was a range of resturants, and cosy pubs providing well priced food and drink close by. Recommend China Town for great Chinese food. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good with freshly brewed coffee provided. Only minus was I was not sure that the towels were changed during the 4 night stay. I believe in conserving water etc but sometimes towels don't dry quickly enough so best to provide an extra towel.

Nice Location, near bus Station, no so far from Hide Park, Quite you can sleep windows open.Be Carefull if it's sunny beddrom can be very hot.Services people are nice :-)

Got the top floor room - difficult to climb the stairs. Very, very small toilett/shower. Poor breakfast. Disturbing traffic.

 "good hotel in general"
A good hotel in general. Very small double room and I wouldn't have wanted to share it with anyone but clean, ok bed, TV working well. Very good shower. WIIFI working perfectly. Very nice and helpful staff in reception. Great locatiom and good value for money.

 "Very nice service"
This is a bed and breakfast, not a hotel. So, it's going to be different than what you expect froma hotel. No cute shampoo or lotion. We did get towels but no washclothes. Our bathroom was in the room and it was actually very nice. The room was very small. We only had room for two beds and one desk in the middle. Not really big enough for 3 people.NO ELEVATOR! Widing stairs to our 3 floor. But what it lacked in hotel comfort it made up for it in service and very helpful staff. The breakfast was wonderful. They made it for you per your order. Very cool.

Our dubbleroom was very small . We also find a mouse on the floor (alive). The shower almost have no water at all, and the taoilet flush works very bad sometimes...

 "Okay"
Let me start off saying that the staff was very friendly. The building is old, and you can tell. We didn't spend much time in our room, so it didn't bother us too much. The shower was very small and there were no hooks or rods to hang towels on to dry. The breakfast was decent, full English breakfast was offered every day. You could change it up a bit if you wanted to. The location was great, just a short walk from Hyde park and about a 5-7 minute walk to Paddington station, but it was quiet at night when you wanted to sleep. Loved the location.

 "OK men not so high standard"
The room was vey cold and the bathroom extremly small... But the location was great . It was alot of noice in the building next to the hotel, someone was praying very loud until late at night. They didn't change the towels or in the bed. The carpent felt dirty.

 "7 night stay in quadruple room"
Nice personell trying to serve well, but no proffessionalsThe room was not the best. Ok beds, not enough storing, wall-to-wall carpent, but the room was clean. A terrible WC and shower, very small, seemed to be a closet and built as in a caravan with plastic walls.Free WiFi, thats good!Sankt Marys Hospital is in the near and a lot of ambulances with sirenes of course. I never woke up in the nigt because of them though. I little bit noicy traffic.Close to the Underground and bus stop. Paddington station also very close.I'm not sure about the value, because I have nothing to compare with. Not so many hotels have 4 bed rooms, and how much better would another hotel been if we added 10-15 pounds per night? It was clean and a place to sleep, but you don't spend any evenings in the room.

 "jubilee weekend"
I booked this hotel from description on website, as we needed a place to stay for jubilee weekend,we were interested in the fact that breakfast was also included in price.We were unsure of exact location to all amenities, but were delighted to find we were close to most areas we wanted to visit and had a choice of two tube stations nearby.The surrounding area also provides lots of food outlets, for other meal times.The room, although small, was comfortable and clean.The service provided by staff was excellent.We were able to come and go as we pleased, regardless of time of day, as we had a front door key as well as a room key.I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends,for visits to London.

Spent one night here with partner and 2 kids. Wasn't sure what we'd booked but pleasantly surprised. Big airy spotless room decent quality breakfast for good price for central London. Would happily use again.

 "A Wonderful Trip"
This hotel is exactly what we were looking for when we started our search. Located very close to bus and tube lines, being a mere 10 min walk from Hyde Park, it offered us a place we could very much call home for the 10 days we stayed in London. The room was always clean and the service was excellent. It's the hotel we'll be booking all the next times we'll be in London.
