 "Good location, poor rooms"
The shower was horrible, very little water. The whole room (410) need to be refreshed. Very noisy because backpakers sitting outside the hotel on the other side of street. The windows was in a bad condition and you could put all your fingers under the door. Too hot, no aircondition, no mini bar.Good service. Free wi-fi.

 "Berjaya Eden Park London Hotel"
A lovely location, the staff are very friendly and helpful, good service and clean. The room was comfortable and I was very happy with my stay. Good prices and value for money - an excellent choice for those visiting London on a budget.

 "3-star hotel with good service"
Hotel staff were friendly and breakfast buffet was satisfactory. I was pleased to note that hotel staff made the effort to meet my request for a room with a bath. Another plus point is the fact that the hotel is just about 5 minutes' walk from Queensway tube station. The rooms, however, could do with a bit of refurbishment. Vicky, Malaysia

"Good, comfortable hotel in London's food paradise"
A good hotel with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Located in London's food paradise Bayswater. Easy connections to central and circle line underground (Bayswater station is within 100 meters). Hydepark is just around the corner, and even the V&C and Nature History Museum are within walking distance. A 10-15 minutes walk to Nothing Hill and Portobello Road. I will definitely stay with them again.

Cons: Triple rooms are bijoux to say the least. the room is in bad need of refurbishment as the wall paper was peeling off the walls shelving in bathroom was chipped and worn. lift very small only 2 people allowed at any one time very dangerous. the hall was also very narrow single file traffic only. in event of a fire this hotel would be very dangerous.

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent! i left behind my camera lens and they kept it for me including my euro coins - this is a commendable!

"Very good location and easy to find"
Pros: Very good location and easy to find. the hotel had a pleasant bar, and the lobby was very nice. we were four people with two twin rooms. one of the twin rooms was very nice with a upgraded bathroom, and the other had a bathroom that looked like it had not been upgraded in the last 20 years. that bathroom looked permanentely dirty (probably because it was old).
Cons: The bathroom in one of the twin rooms. had not been upgraded in (probably) 20 years, and looked permanently dirty. the shower in this room was so small that you could not turn around without actually exiting the shower area. in both rooms the central heating had been turned off, because of complaints from other rooms that it was too hot. in both our rooms it was very cold, and the man in the lobby could not turn on the heating because he did not know how (maintenance could, but they were gone for the day). we stayed four nights, and the heating did not work in any of these days.
