Cons: Triple rooms are bijoux to say the least. the room is in bad need of refurbishment as the wall paper was peeling off the walls shelving in bathroom was chipped and worn. lift very small only 2 people allowed at any one time very dangerous. the hall was also very narrow single file traffic only. in event of a fire this hotel would be very dangerous.

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent! i left behind my camera lens and they kept it for me including my euro coins - this is a commendable!
Cons: It would be perfect if they would provide free wifi - this is now a common must item when staying in a hotel.

Pros: Very good location and easy to find. the hotel had a pleasant bar, and the lobby was very nice. we were four people with two twin rooms. one of the twin rooms was very nice with a upgraded bathroom, and the other had a bathroom that looked like it had not been upgraded in the last 20 years. that bathroom looked permanentely dirty (probably because it was old).
Cons: The bathroom in one of the twin rooms. had not been upgraded in (probably) 20 years, and looked permanently dirty. the shower in this room was so small that you could not turn around without actually exiting the shower area. in both rooms the central heating had been turned off, because of complaints from other rooms that it was too hot. in both our rooms it was very cold, and the man in the lobby could not turn on the heating because he did not know how (maintenance could, but they were gone for the day). we stayed four nights, and the heating did not work in any of these days.

Pros: Great location, staff helpful
Cons: Lift very small, hard to get to my room, room very hot, next to road and tables outside window so made it difficult to get sleep, hotel smells musty

Pros: Very pleasant staff, nice clean room and en suite, very good breakfast( not inclusive).would certainly use again.
Cons: Not a big deal but a little way out of town area, but handy tube stations.

Pros: I found the hotel good value for money in a convenient location to 2 tube stations & the bus stops.
Cons: The lift was far too small & at times was out of action so we had to walk the 5 floors down.

Pros: Very impressed with cleanliness decor and quality of service. we thought the restaurant was particularly impressive. the food was of excellent standard as was the standard of service from the restaurant staff.
