Location was great (about 2 min wal from earl's court tube), we had private ensuite: room was small but ok, value for money, there was fridge and a kettle. breakfast was great (english, toast, coffee/tea, cereals..). Room was okay for us, we didnt spent time there, just a place to keep our stuff and to sleep.. but if you wanna take "romantic getaway" - maybe not the nicest interior.. but nothing to complain from us..Anonymous

Polite staffSmelt of cat wee, but this could have been due to very heavy rain bringing smell of wee in from outside. staff helpful enough. obviously don't expect too much for price considering good location. shared toilet was pretty smelly too. de Leon

The hotel is near the tube with is very conventient to get around and has a nice small area of shops and restraunts (fast or sit down)There is no lift at the hotel so we had to carry our heavy luggage to the top floor (not fun) and only had our room cleaned/trash taken out, once in our 8 night stay. and the room is small, and no closet. we ended up putting our luggage filled with clothes in the sudo kitchen/entry/bathroom area.Anonymous

Very conviniant location, easy to find, and friendly staff.There were stains on the walls from water leaking through the roof (got pictures). could easily been washed away with a damp cloth, were very notisable. the lamp in the room seem to have burn markes on it, firehazard??? also have pictures. the heater in the room seemed to be going constantly making the room have a temp of what feelt like 30degc,very unplesant it also sounded like there was a stream/raining outside, but it was only the heater.Anonymous

We had a good room on the second floor. it was quiet at night. the young girl in the reception was very nice and the night staff. friendly people for london it was of a high standard. the best place we've been as budget traveller in london. they do a cook breakfast as well. we will return there.The only negative thing and it is a very small thing is that i wish they gave a glass of juice with breakfast.Anonymous

Fresh white&cream, nice-warm room (2nd fl). very warm and good pressure shower-water all the time. good condition cooking facilities inside a room. very helpful receptionist (polish guy). just 5min walk to underground.So pure breakfast! poor furniture&tv. from 9am noisy renovation-works on the 1st floor. if you looking for cheapest room and you are not too fussy about cleanliness and details you should be happy enough just do not mind poor first impression of the reception, 1st floor stairs and breakfast area, close your eyes, forgot about breakfast and go straight to 2nd or 3rd floor where is ... better ;-)Anonymous
