Pros: The staff recognized the dilemma of our having been assigned one room instead of the two separate rooms that we had booked; it corrected this the second night upon a cancellation.
Cons: We were initially given one room with a small extra bedroom but only one bathroom for 4 adults. two of us had to book a separate hotel the first night because of this.

Cons: Breakfast was limited in variety, but the fried eggs were done to perfection.

Cons: I and a friend were booked into the hotel for 2 nights. upon arrival we entered our room which was nothing like the photographs on the site. the room was very small, dirty, the toilet would ot flush and the taps on the bathroom sinks were loose. after spending 10 mins in the room we checked out and checked into another hotel around the corner.

Pros: Very helpful staff, clean towels and sheets
Cons: Toilet was disgusting, cistern filled with very hot water? breakfast was very very limited, vegetarian option was fried egg and lukewarm beans with white toast (didn't even bother going to dining room on 2nd morning, went to sainsburys and bought breakfast).

Pros: The staff were friendly. location very favourable. kitchen facilities in room
Cons: In general, very low standard! no hot water in the shower for two days, dirty windows, rusty pipes in the bathroom, unsufficient cleaning in bathroom. toilet in bad condition, broke down. breakfast very simple (squash instead of juice, low standard jam) dirty-looking carpet floor (i saw a man sprinkling coffee from his mug right onto the floor before having another cup). i came for breakfast and was told to come back 20 minutes later. i moved out one day before i had planned. this is not even a one star-hotel, i do not understand how you can at all include this standard on your web-site.

Cons: The room was very bad. the beds were on the "second floor" - we had to climb steep stairs and the crawl to reach the bed. and when getting up, we couldn't sit straight in the bed because the ceiling was too low. in addition, the room was quite dirty - very old furniture

 "Hotel staff were courteous and attentive"
Pros: Hotel staff were courteous and attentive. the room although small was clean and well maintained. the breakfast was well cooked and served quickly. the location was excellent just a 2 minute walk from earls court tube station. overall would recommend this hotel as a perfect base for visting london.

 "Location was great, just a very short walk from earls court tube station"
Pros: Location was great, just a very short walk from earls court tube station. in a quiet street yet minutes away from shops, supermarkets, etc. even though i booked a single room i was put in a room with four single beds, a small kitchen (with fridge, hob, sink, microwave oven and cutlery, plates, etc) and, of course, bathroom. they let me check in early at no extra cost. room cleaned and towels changed every day. lift to top floor, where i was. the hotel did its job very well for the price and the location was excellent.
Cons: Not enough pressure in the shower so i could not get much water out of it which was a bit annoying as it took me forever to shower. cooked breakfast was a bit small and a bit too greasy. furniture in room and common areas, ie breakfast room, was dated and as if bought in a second (or maybe third) hand shop; it was worn out and with bits and pieces missing.
