The breakfast is lousy - a toast wrapped in a tissue, an orange juice and boiled egg served to your room where there is no space. You have to make your own tea or coffee. The central heating is switched off most of the time. It is set by a timer - it switches for about 1 hour at about 8pm and for another hour during the night. The room is chilly. The windows do not close properly so there is draft in the room. You have to wait for the towels to get dried because they will not be ready by 4p.m.

"value for money"
I have stayed here for five days and had quite a good impression. Good enough for your money, and location is super good.

"The location was great, staff were very helpful and went out of there way..."
Pros: The location was great, staff were very helpful and went out of there way to help. the breakfast was very basic but you get what you pay for.
Cons: The rooms have everything you need but they have not been cleaned properly. everything needed a good wipe over and lacked cleanliness. bed quilt covers could do with replacing.

"The day after we complained about our room and we got a new room in no..."
Pros: The day after we complained about our room and we got a new room in no time, very good and friendly service! the room had what it needed an a nice touch was the fridge installed :)
Cons: When we arrived, we very shoved away in a room in the basement, with no toilets and with the shower installed in the room and the whole room smelled of wet paint.
Pros: Great location and friendly staff
Cons: Bumped here from my chosen hotel at a few hours notice, scruffy rundown building and decor, especially steep stairs and very hot, arab atmosphere with hookah pipe cafe on pavement. only come here if a few minutes walk to hyde park is essential to you. is it reassuring that all rooms have vermin traps on the floor ?

"Hotel location"
Pros: Hotel location
Cons: Detailed room information basic triple room + breakfast was saying that the all the rooms at the boston court hotel have been recently refurbished and benefit from modern private amenities. our room sure was not! it was a shock! room was from the 60´s. yes, there was a renovation goin on at the hotel. hall walls was just painted. there was a shower in our room, but we didn´t use that because there were no air-condition so all the steam would have stayed in the room and fitted carpet would also be wet for a lifetime. we used seperate shower in the seperate toilet.
the photos in the website didn´t look anything like our basement room. luckily we were in vacation so the purpose was only sleep in the hotel.
breakfast was a couble of toast and a egg.
i can´t recommend this for anyone!
and we had also sent a message to the hotel that we are arraiving late but the girl was unaware of that and said that they have try to charhed first nigh from my creditcard. luckily card number didn´t work :)
"Helpful and friendly reception staff and room was clean"
Pros: Helpful and friendly reception staff and room was clean. location very good.
Cons: Very poorly and sparsely furnished with an inadequate mattress and a very strong smell of paint which i appreciate is temporary. carpets worn threadbare in many places. they are attempting to smarten up though but prices did not reflect that this was so far from being accomplished so far.

"We felt very welcome"
Pros: We felt very welcome. excellent beds in no.5. clean sheets and towels.
Cons: They were refurbishing, but that did not bother us too much. it was dirty and fingermarks all over the room. the carpet was vacuumed wherewe could see, but not behind beds. shower was dirty and not working properly, difficult to shower the shampoo out of the hair.
