Pros: Position is perfect with trains, metro and buses at 50m distance
Cons: The room was 2,2m x 2,5m + bathroom 1,2x1,5. this means there is only room for the bed 2x2,2 and a little table at the end. you must enter the room and close the door so you can leave your luggage against the door. the bathroom was so small that when you sit on the toilet you right leg is tightly tucked under the sink. if you plan on washing your face whilst on the toilet then it ok. my complaint comes from the fact that if i knew these things before i would have booked the room in any case, but to find the surprise made me feel cheated.

Pros: Pleasant and helpful staff.extremely clean with a change of sheets and towels daily.our things and shopping bags were even put away in order.excellent breakfast and the restaurant was spotless.i even made a short phone call that i wasn't charged for.i will definitely stay there next year when i'm in london.

Pros: I was surprised at how large the room and bathroom were compared with another, more expensive, hotel i had recently used in london. also breakfast was great value. friendly staff.
Cons: Two almost trivial negatives. first, frequent sound of trains from nearby line might annoy some people. second, basement room ok but not perfect.

Pros: Great location, easy to find, one staff member who checked us in was fantastic very helpful. i'd stay there again purely because of the location, access to transport/airport.
Cons: Staff (all but one) gave the impression that we were inconveniencing them by coming to the reception desk. our floor didn't have any power points for a day, due to a blow out, so i had to dry my hair in the hotel foyer/recption. but it was eventually fixed. obviously being london the rooms a tiny, and there's no ac despite it being very warm, and unbearable on the top floor. the windows only open part way (they have safety locks) so you don't get much air, but we were greatful for the small fan.

Cons: Most restaurants in vicinity very touristy not very good quality
not all facilities available that were stated! no satellite tv and no fridge!
cold and quite unfriendly breakfast room!
quite rude staff at breakfast
