Although the room was very small, particularly the bathroom, the hotel was quiet at night and the breakfast was excellent.
When we checked in at 2pm we were told that our rooms were not ready. no information was given as to how long we would have to wait. there were ten or twelve other people waiting in the lobby to check in. at 2.30 i asked how long more i would need to wait as i had an appointment at 3. the receptionist was quite dismissive, saying that the room was being cleaned and i would be told when it was ready. i replied that this didn't give a good first impression of the hotel as there must be some rooms that were clean at that stage and asked to be given one. five minutes later i was given the key to a different room.

T actully this was a huge dissapointment
Hotel staff barely spoke english, attempted to overcharge nearly double, room was extremely small, was not a four star experience two beds pushed together to make a queen.
