Cons: The towel heaters did not work, the shower in the main bedroom leaked when used.
just as a suggestion when we were staying in austrila apartment there was a cleaning done by them for the apartment 3 days once and if london could do the same it would be great for us vacationer.

Cons: Check in was extremely inconvenient. our driver dropped us off at the address only to find out that to check in you needed to go to the office, which was a 10 minute walk away.
