 "Location"
Pros: Location
Cons: We got a shoebox room to begin with,it was not cheap at 350 pounds,we got a room change the next day!i did ring your website the morning of the 26th of november that i was not happy;this hotel was offered at a discount price of 350(100 pounds discount),to walk of the street it was 80 pounds per night!the first night we got one towel between 2 people,got more when asked for it,the bed was crar to lie in and was not relly a double bed the first night!the breakfast room was in the sister hotel next door,the bathroom was crap in both rooms we had in the hotel,the heating was not great!the less said about breakfast the best!the whole experience was shit and a waste of money;only had breakfast twice!!this is a glorified and an expensive hostal.in dublin i would have got a very good 3 star or possibly 4 star hotel for this price for 4 nights.it is the equilvalent of 400 euros!!i hope to get some feedback and possible remuneration!!i was embarrass to stay here and i had a budjet of 530 euros to stay but chose this because the rooms looked ok,clearly a different hotel and who original value was 450 which appears to be a lie!
hope to hear from you;
henry horgan

 "The hotel was in a good locality and the staff were friendly"
Pros: The hotel was in a good locality and the staff were friendly. the breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of it. the bed was very comfortable and clean and we had plenty of clean towels.
Cons: The room needed redecorating and the wet room was a bit dingy. we couldn't use the chest of drawers as the drawers were dirty inside. there was no lift and we had no help in carryig our luggage upstairs. when we arrived we put into another hotel next door as they were in the middle of renovating.

 "Hotel staff were obiginging, polite and helpful"
Pros: Hotel staff were obiginging, polite and helpful. we were even moved from the 1st rooms we were put in even with out being asked. he told us that after he didn't think we would be happy in those rooms! they were always polite helpful and dealt with our requests promptly.
Cons: Unfortunatly yes! we were charged £20 more per night than what there tariff indicated. the bedrooms were very basic.in the room i stayed in there was only one plug socked that worked and the other had a bare wire sticking out of it. no batteries in the tv remote, the tea bags were left open as taken from one large packet. there was no locks on the bedroom windows and bearing in mind we were on the ground floor and accessible to the general public we could not leave anything of any value. in the ensuite which was incredibly small; there was no floor mat, no complimentry toiletries. also the toilet paper was the sort you buy in tesco's for 10 for 99p. there was also no plug in the sink. i dont know who gave this hotel a 3 star rating but i wouldnt have.
in our friends room it was much the same although they had no kettle.
