How to reach the The Central Hotel?From Gatwick Airport: Take the Gatwick Express and go directly to Victoria station. This takes about 30 minutes. From there, take the yellow Circle metro line or the green District metro line and change metro at metro stop 'Embankment'. Change to the black Northern metro line and get off at the 'Golders Green' metro stop. The metro stop is at 6 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Very friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed, sufficient breakfast. the hotel is in a good area, not too far from central london on the northern line, and the street is quiet between about 1 and 7 am. the room was a little shabby - in need of renovation - but clean and warm.
The walls are very thin and my sleep was disturbed by other guests.
