Very good and thoroughly enjoyable.
The breakfast arrangements - having to buy tokens at the reception desk (when it is busy in the morning with people checking out) - was a nuisance.

Location and the front lobby is about it, really.
I have a hard time writing bad reviews for hotels in london, since i know well enough not to expect anything fancy, but this place just struck me in the wrong way. do yourself a favour and stay a little off the beaten path, pay 20 more pound and stay at a nicer hotel. for the price we paid, we were astounded with what we got. lets see: very small rooms, old furniture, nothing modern, small broken 10inch television that when we got it working had five channels, toilet that didn't flush, shower head that sprayed water all over the bathroom, and the list goes on. oh, lets not forget the breakfast. purely disgusting. rotten yoghurt, warm milk, bad coffee, bad meat, bad price. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There is no luggage room or luggage storage service. the hotel is only prepared to charge the price of a room for a day to store luggage on the last day. the walls seem to be paper thin. you can hear the conversations of other occupents from the bedroom. the shower is terrible. the water changes tenperature constantly. you cannot adjust the shower head angle or move it at all. there is no cable tv (usually standard at a 3-star hotel). the lobby looks impressive but the staff are indifferent and the manager miserable. the room was badly designed with a pylom in the middle.
