 "Too little for too much"
The promotion picture looks so much better than the actual room. We were quoted a lower rate then forced to pay a higher rate at check in. In fact, we found out another couple paid much less for their one bedroom. The check-in location is a 15 minute cab ride from the actual hotel, making us incur further taxi costs as we waited for them to accept our credit card and fill out our paper work. The room decor is very spare and ordinary, even drab, and the rooms look out on dismal back alleys. Don't plan on spending much time here; you won't like it!

Accessible to tube station, about 5 minute walk, quiet area and apartment was nicely furnished, clean and had everything we needed. Comfy under floor heating. Plenty of space for us. Lots of coffee shops and shops near by to get basic foods.

Located on a quiet street close to all the attractions.We had a pleasant stay!The apartment was clean and wellequipped,We travelled together with friends whom tented the apartment next door which means you can be grop of people travelling together without having to stay in te same apartment.Wich is to prefer when travelling with kids in differrent ages.

Pros: A well laid out modern and stylish apartment, within easy walking distance of chancery lane. it made a great base from which to enjoy my birthday centrally in london, and is extremely cost effective based on 2/3 people sharing. had an excellent range of amenities and also easy to use wifi.
Cons: Having to pick up the key from their camden office was a slight inconvienience, thankfully though the staff were efficient and i did not have to return it there but could leave it inside the apartment.

Cons: Negatives were having to go across town to check in, then make your own way to the apartment, quite a distance. three of us stayed for three nights, not enough towels or toilet paper.

Pros: The location is ideal, putting all the central london sites within easy reach by bus, tube, or on foot. the flat was comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. we experienced both hot and cold weather and the apartment stayed comfortable. everything is well/carefully marked in the unit. the neighborhood seemed safe and was quiet at night.
Cons: We were not informed when we arrived that the lift in the building was broken down. it looked as though it had not been operating for some time, and over the week we never saw anyone working on it. we didn't mind walking up three floors, and we were traveling light, but if we had had any mobility challenges, this would have been a show-stopper. the light in the vestibule on our floor was burned out, and though we informed the staff, it was never fixed over the week.

 "Very nice appartment for group of travellers"
Pros: Very nice appartment for group of travellers. very clean and airy and also spacious.
Cons: we were a party of five and would have been much easier to have a least 2 toilets. unfortunatelly both nearby tube stations were not operating so was not sure of any directions. had to use taxi`s as was quite far from covent garden/oxford street etc.

Pros: Excellent....would stay again. very good value especially for more than one person.
Cons: Bit of a drag having to get keys from a different location than the apartment....understand why this is but still a (small) pain!

Cons: Having to pick the key up at camden town was a big issue. unfortunately, i probably wouldn't recommend this hotel because of this drawback. we also had problems with heating in the living area. there also was no documentation for appliances.
