Very friendly,helpful staff. easy to access by bus from heathrow.Need to mention on website the bus stop is feltham park and you walk back across the intersection to the hotel at the start of hounslow rd.

The staff were kind and helpful. The basement room smelled damp and the plumbing was noisy. however, at £38, b&b, for 2 adults, i felt we had no cause to complain. an excellent place to say for a night if you are fit and well and hard up and wanting to catch a flight from heathrow.Anonymous
