Pros: Clean room near heathrow for 39 pounds/night. charming man at the reception area who accompanied us to the right bus stop at 6:00 a.m. on a dark, rainy morning.
Cons: Hard to find at night in the rain.

Pros: Rooms are clean, hotel clean, staff friendly and helpful
Cons: Bathrooms small, one of our rooms stank of smoke, amount of parking is poor, breakfast very minimal.

Pros: It was a horrible hotel. scary location and room inadequate
Cons: Don't think you should carry this on your website. look at trip advisor and see all the horrible reviews.

Pros: Convenient to get to heathrow airport, and a good price for a bed to sleep in and some breakfast (toast and cereal - all you can eat). just don't expect anything more. not even towels.

Pros: No lift so we had to carry our heavy bags up a flight of stairs. our children were with us and had their own room, completely on the other end of the hotel. bad planning.
Cons: The showers are slippery and hard to get in and out of. they need "non-slip" layer for the shower.

Cons: We stayed in the 34 pound room. it was nasty. it was like they were saying "hey if you are that cheep we are going to give you the what you deserve". the bathroom was almost unusable. the shower dribbled water, the trim was massively pealing. there was no circulation in the room. the room was tiny. aside from a small quick mart and a over priced indian restaurant there was nothing in walking distance. and not the kind of neighborhood you would want to be walking at when it got dark. i will never book there again. we saw much better hotels, closer to the airport for about the same price.

Pros: This hotel was perfect for our stay. our room was very small, so if you want a large room, don't stay here. but it was fine for us as we used it only for sleeping. the room and beds were very clean. the shower in the bathroom is extremely small, so if you are a large person, i would not recommend it. but it was ok for us and we managed just fine. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was cereal and toast, so if you want more than that, don't stay here. i never say anyone get the english breakfast. also the house phone and printer were out of service, but i didn't need them so it did not matter. there is a bus stop right by the hotel which is convenient. it is in close proximity to the airport, but the sound of the planes taking off didn't bother me at all, even with the windows open. if you are a light sleeper, you might take that into account. we stayed for 8 nights and loved every minute of it.
Cons: As i stated, small room and shower, but it worked fine for me. if you want a large space, do not stay here. also, if you can't climb stairs, don't stay here.

Cons: The bedside light was missing the bulb and i was told they would replace it in the morning and it never was replaced. the shower curtain was too short so the floor became flooded with water when i showered. i had to use the spare roll of toilet paper to try to soak it up, there was also no bathmat to stand on when i got out of the shower.

Pros: The location is perfect when flying from heathrow.

Cons: Not very clean room,lots of sounds all night long, difficult to sleep.

Cons: Horrible room. the bathroom had mold on the ceiling and i was getting sick left the room at 5:00 a.m. couldn't breath.
