The location was brilliant, you could get to 3 tube stations within 10 minutes of walk, the staff was kind and helpful, breakfast was ok, it consisted from 2 toast, orange juice, beans, cooked egg and you could have cereals with milk. there was enough leaflets about attractions we wanted to visit. wifi connection was reasonable.
When we arrived they wanted to give us a double room even though i booked a twin room (2 separate beds). i refused and they offered i could stay 2 nights in double room and then i'd be moved to a twin room. i didn't like that either and thought i'd leave the hotel and find something else, when the staff admitted, that there's one more free twin room. i felt quite annoyed by this, especially because i booked the twin room and the double bed was very small for 2 people. the cleaniness of the room wasn't great either, lots of dust in curtains which makes you cough, mouldy walls in the bathroom. the bathroom was that tiny that when you wanted to turn yourself, you knocked into something. but it was good enough for this price and availability. i got some information about refurbishment of the hotel, so hopefully the quality will increase.

The only positive thing about this hotel is its location
We booked a triple room and we were given a double room with an extra bed and apparently the hotel was fully booked and couldn't be given a triple in the first two nights. and for the third night the receptionist "forgot" to make the switch. absolutely disappointed and mad with the staff. plus the hotel needs refurbishing and it’s not cleaned. i wouldn’t recommend it not even for its location. the street it full of hotels, you can choose one on the spot.

The hotel was centrally located.
The hotel was dirty, the washroom was so small you had to leave the door open to fit in, the staff were too busy on their cell phones or watching tv to answer questions, and when they did it was rudely and the included breakfast was a piece of toast and an apple.
