Despite being in a central area of the city, the hotel is located in a very quiet street. Friendly staff, good location.
A 10min wait for our room turned into 40mins, which we could have more wisely used. rather than the 4 of us waiting in a cramped reception area!! in the room there was no cold water available in the bathroom basin, shocking, and if there had been, apparently it's not fit to drink,, this is london in the 21st century, not a cheap spanish hotel in the 70's!!! and our suite room for 4, contained 3 tea cups! towels were on the tight side as well! reading down, your question 'about your stay' nr. of room(s): have you stayed in 1 room(s)?. what on earth does that all mean????
