Single stayed for 2 nights. Walking distance to King's Cross, small room but with all normal facilities, clean, quiet with helpful employees. Breakfast area understandably v small. Reasonably priced for London & location.

Great location close to the center. Room on the third floor, quite small but confortable. Private bath room. We apprecciated mainly Cleaning the premises generally rare. Breakfast simple but effective. In conclusion Clean and functional.

This B&B was average. Rooms very small and the shower was a dribble of water. No way someone with long hair would get their hair washed without difficulty. The people were very friendly but a bit muddled and getting wifi seemed to be a hassle which we didn't pursue. Despite its central and convenient location we Wouldn't stay here again

Pros: In the morning there was no hot water so i telephoned reception and they kindly arranged for me to go and have a hot shower in one of the suites. excellent service. i was very impressed. thank you.

Cons: A 10min wait for our room turned into 40mins, which we could have more wisely used. rather than the 4 of us waiting in a cramped reception area!! in the room there was no cold water available in the bathroom basin, shocking, and if there had been, apparently it's not fit to drink,, this is london in the 21st century, not a cheap spanish hotel in the 70's!!! and our suite room for 4, contained 3 tea cups! towels were on the tight side as well! reading down, your question 'about your stay' nr. of room(s): have you stayed in 1 room(s)?. what on earth does that all mean????
