 "Close enough to vauxhall tube station, shops etc"
Pros: Close enough to vauxhall tube station, shops etc. rooms were clean.
Cons: I booked a 'single' room, but i did not realise this meant a 'single' bed....was a bit disappointing. my room was off a corridor close to the foyer so i could be noisy. won't stay here again.

Cons: Original booking was for 4 single rooms, but this was reduced to 2 twin rooms due to an "incident".

Cons: Terrible hotel staff, not value for money, book for triple room, but they gave a room for 2 people and there is additional bed on the walking way in the room. no space to walk or put suitcases.

 "All the staff at the hotel were very willing to help with any problem and..."
Pros: All the staff at the hotel were very willing to help with any problem and quiries that we had.
Cons: We (myself and 2 other friends) did not like that the people that smoke were allowed to do it in front of the entrance, we found that the smoke travel into the lobby and also into our room window. at first we had a room on the second floor but than asked if we could be moved because of the smoke. your staff was very willing to help and moved us to the 3rd floor on the right side, i believe rm 302, however being non-smokers we could still smell the smoke in the evening. i think the smokers would work better in the back of the hotel.

Pros: The hotel had a good feel factor. great location for the price and rooms were kept very clean.
Cons: Only one small thing. i booked a triple room which i thought was a bit cramped ie i was expecting a slightly bigger room with 3 beds along side each other.
