Cons: When we arrived we were ringing the doorbell for around 5minutes and no answer. then some guests left the hotel which allowed us to go in however there was no one around so we were stood waiting with our luggage until a painter called the hotel manager. when he finally arrived he was unsure aboout how much we had to pay for a start. then as there was 5 of us we all had cash to split the cost which he did not seem happy about and said we needed to pay with a credit card (which was not stated anywhere on our booking). he then accepted our cash however did not have the £7.20 change he owed us so he said we would have to wait for that. the rooms look clean & tidy, the bathroom was nice and modern however our shower had no power at all and we had to hold it as the stand was broken. the milk cartons in the room were all gone off, one had green mould all over it. the staff were not welcoming at all and when we went down for breakfast they were very moody and unhelpful.
