Pros: Rooms & bath very clean with modern design. food was impressive for breakfast and the cooker was very nice and ready to help all the time. location was good, staff very nice and ready to help all the time. when i will be back in london i will book this hotel again.

Pros: The location was good to where we wanted to be (hammersmith apollo)
Cons: When we arrived we were ringing the doorbell for around 5minutes and no answer. then some guests left the hotel which allowed us to go in however there was no one around so we were stood waiting with our luggage until a painter called the hotel manager. when he finally arrived he was unsure aboout how much we had to pay for a start. then as there was 5 of us we all had cash to split the cost which he did not seem happy about and said we needed to pay with a credit card (which was not stated anywhere on our booking). he then accepted our cash however did not have the £7.20 change he owed us so he said we would have to wait for that. the rooms look clean & tidy, the bathroom was nice and modern however our shower had no power at all and we had to hold it as the stand was broken. the milk cartons in the room were all gone off, one had green mould all over it. the staff were not welcoming at all and when we went down for breakfast they were very moody and unhelpful.

Cons: The room is soo small does not look like the large room in the photo online. when arriving with my luggage, waited some good 15 minutes till someone opened the front door. did not accept credit cards. did not help me with my luggage up until i said i would leave. hotel does not have small lobby where i could sit and work on my computer. will definately not recommend to anyone!
