"The hotel is one block south of the housclow central tube station and thus..."
Pros: The hotel is one block south of the housclow central tube station and thus convenient to everything in london. the hotel is about a 30 minutes ride to downtown and about 5 minutes to heathrow. there is a great breakfast in the morning. it cost 4# extra for the full english breakfast which was a no brainer. the room has a great shower and big bathroom. the room comes with a nice size desk.
Cons: Very small lift. there is little room to hang clothes and place clothes in drawers. there are a few 'chubby holes" to store clothes.

"Clean rooms, close to piccadilly line underground, no noise from overhead..."
Pros: Clean rooms, close to piccadilly line underground, no noise from overhead airplanes/cars on main road, free internet which was fantastic for me on business/keeping in touch with friends/family. 24 hour reception very handy.
Cons: Powercut for long period of time - no staff members came to explain about problem and received no apology for the inconvenience of sitting in pitch black darkness for an hour. staff mixed up my booking upon check out, trying to charge me for expenses i had not used such as car park - took ridiculously long time to sort out and were not very apologetic. put sign on door saying "i'm sleeping" to stop housekeeping from knocking only to receive a phone call from them asking if i wanted their services that day. feel like their overall customer service needs a little work and training.

"Staff were very friendly, room was ok for our purposes and it was..."
Pros: Staff were very friendly, room was ok for our purposes and it was conveniently sited near to a tube station.
Cons: Would have preferred the breakfast to start at 6 and not 7 as it was too late for us, but that was mentioned on the website so can't grumble really. the room was just about big enough to be acceptable but was not paricularly well sound-proofed. unfortunately there were a few guests not considerate enough to close their doors in a considerate manner, but again that's not really the hotel's fault. we got the night's sleep we wanted and caught the plane from heathrow that we were wanting, so no real complaint.

"The design of the hotel was nice, staff was nice"
Pros: The design of the hotel was nice, staff was nice.
Cons: They had no bottled water to buy in the bar, improvement in staff organisation could be made. no cleaning of the room while we stayed there, we were only offered new towels. would appreciate them cleaning, changing the sheets and making the bed while we were out.

 "Swimming pool, spacious rooms"
Pros: Swimming pool, spacious rooms
Cons: The staff, breakfast very limited, parking £15 if you can get 1 of the limited 15 spaces that are not just for residents but for gym members also, hence, there is a lot of double parking or generally no space at all. staff are having cigarettes and fornication in the alley as you walk in with children, highly inapporiate.
