Cons: The far away location from london-the expensive bus-shuttle
-the expensive breakfast-very lonely house-good for loved couple with a car.
Cons: We had room with shared door with another room and could hear people next door very clearly thought breakfast area was small and buffet pretty bland
i returned to the hotel on the 2nd night. i asked to see the manager where i was extremly polite of which i am sure he will agree and asked him to contact me the next day in answer to my unaswered questions regarding if i could be componsated by staying at 1 of your hotels in bath latter in the year for 2 nights with a 3rd night free. he promised to contact me the next day. i still await his reply.
on the same night i eat in the sports bar and ordered a 2 coarse meal. i was not half way through my main when my desert arrived. this did include hot custard. i asked them to take it away and bring it after i had finishe. no sooner had i finished then the same desert was put in front of me. cold custard. after commenting on this i was still expected to pay. this issue was rectified to the extent that i didn't pay for the desert. i can not recomend this service to any of my friends, collegues or bussiness partners. please reply to these comments to reinstate my trust with your company. kind regards
Cons: The hotel is long overdue of some sort of a refurbishment. the pictures on your/they're website are not representative of the rooms, well not my room.
Cons: The girl on reception at my arrival was not so pleasent and said she knew nothing of mt early check in so this would cost me extra so would a double room as they only had connoisser rooms available at extra cost i explained i spoke with carla re my early check in (having just arrived from usa on overnight flight) and had email confirmation to which she replied no one by the name of carla works here!! eventually she agreed to put me in a twin room at no extra cost but i found her attitude and arrogance a turn off especially coming from the states where customer care is paramount she should attend a course on customer care & ettiqute
Cons: The second time i stayed at the hotel (on my return journey, 21-22 february) the room i was given had furniture in it that had "seen better days" and the windows looked out onto the back of the hotel including a big green dustbin.
Cons: More buses to and from crawley.
