For the pricepaid there are other hotels with rooms that are better maintained. i am a platinum with intercontinental and was surpirsed and dissapointed on how poorly the rooms were furnished and maintained.

We thought it was a lovely hotel, very smart but welcoming, and the room rooms were spacious [for london] and clean.
