Croydon Court Hotel London    

Pros: Arrived at croydon court to be told we had been transferred to the nearby norfolk house. comments above refer to this hotel.
Cons: Website claimed 'american breakfast' included. hotel say they do not offer this - just cornflakes, juice, toast and coffee.

Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: Room space is very less. no windows and no fridge in room

Pros: Good location with shopping nearby.
Cons: Bit far from train lines.

Pros: Nice and cheap and convenient location for the purpose of our stay.
Cons: Room very small. stair carpet needed hoovering and fire door held open with fire extinguisher.

Pros: We had booked our stay since december 2010, as we usually stay there for its convenience to us, staff are friendly
Cons: Unfortunately we travelled from the west indies, only to find ourselves with 2cases and hand luggage in a very small room, manager said that was the only room available until the next 2 nights, we could not sit, move or relax in this room, we had asked him to move us, unfortunately we are elderly and requested a ground floor, to which we then had to pay another £50 after the 2 nights, we were booked for 1 week , then going away for 2 and returning for a further 6 nights, we were then told that it was better to cancel and look else where when we returned. i did not cancel as i did not have the time, but asked the manager to please try and get us a room on the grounf floor, he wanted us this i refused, on returned we were on the grounf floor. i telephoned your office and spoke with jackie who was also not very helpful, saying to stay in that small room,where the bed was small, for a couple ,it was against the wall and there was only about 10inches space to the next wall, a chair at the foot of the bed where we put our caseand the other on the ground, could not access our clothing as it was difficult. quite a nightmere.some rooms are good butmanager only gave these to walk in customers at a premium.we arrived there on 4th march for 1 week ,left for hols and return on 24th-30th march

Pros: Good price, secure parking, well located for restaurants etc.
Cons: Rather run down, although bedding etc. was clean the net curtains, shower head were not. for the money it was fine, the worst thing about it was the smell that seemed to be everywhere - not a pleasant one at that!

Pros: Free parking, cheap price.
Cons: No elevator! must use narrow, spiral stairway up 3 floors, the top floor!!

Pros: Clean room, quite friendly staff.
Cons: Reception could not find my reservation on check in.

Pros: If you look for a place to sleep it is ok
Cons: Like i say if you need a place to sleep.......

Pros: Free parking, excellent location in croydon
Cons: Only one light in room (ceiling), i.e. no nightlamps. bathroom facilities poor!
