"We thought that the hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly..."

Pros: We thought that the hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. it was only an overnoght stay and we didn't have an opportunity to try your cuisine. however, our experience was verry good.
Cons: We were surprised that you added £50 to our bill for items that we didn't intend to have and look forward to receiving the refund in due course.

Pros: It was a really nice hotel for the price. friendly staff and clean rooms. nice shower, flat screen tv and heater. loved it!
Cons: The location is a little on the rougher side, but i still felt safe.

Pros: Every thing was perfect, one night we were out til late and when we returned to the hotel we were hungry and it was easy to order something to eat, we were very impressed with the menu:)
Cons: They say that there´s a good internet connection, but we were dissapointed, couldn´t get into any of the normal sites that we normally check, so we cancelled our connection.

Pros: Hotel is very clean and bright, as was my room. i worried my ground-floor room would be noisy, but actually it was fine. buffet breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Parking is not bookable; shuttle service does not exist; staff dealing with telephone enquiries were somewhat brusque. to be fair, staff in person were fine.
