location was the best thing in this hotel. easy walk distance to center. the walls were so thin that you could hear people talking in other room and whenever you step on the floor you could hear it cracking (needed to buy earplugs for the good sleep). shared toilets and shower were okay but not the best quality. breakfast was poor, but service was good.

Pros: There is no positive experiences
Cons: I wouldn't go to this hotel never in my life again. it was like a rathole. extremely small rooms and stingy place. i was so disappointed that i was trying to move to another hotel but it was very late to find something else. the only good thinks are its location and the friendly staff. in general it was awful and their is noooooo value for money. the breakfast was ridiculous as well. it is like throwing your money to the trash.

Pros: The position was in a very good location to places we wanted to see, the room was very clean and the staff very pleasant and helpful if you needed a central place this was good value. what we took into account is we just needed a place to rest our heads at night that was nice and clean and it was that.

Pros: A very friendly welcome at arrival and every morning at breakfast. very clean room. de location is fantastic. near restaurants, shops, thames en victoria station.

Pros: The breakfast waitress was extremely friendly and most obliging. she made a horrible experience a little bit better.
Cons: We had to pay when we checked in whereafter we were told their were no rooms vacant the first two nights but they had arranged for us to stay at another hotel(limesgrove hotel) down the street. this room was also in much worse condition than the one we had bokked at enrico. not okay to find out after paying for 4 nights and only have 2 nights in the hotel we had booked and getting conformation from at least a months earlier. we also had to pay extra to pay with credit card instead of cash - another thing we had not been told in advance. the worst hotel experience ever!!!
