 "disappointed"
the hotel is very close to metro station so the traffic is very nice. The building of the hotel look very nice outside but our room is not in the pretty building---it's outside the building and it's like a temporary room! I would rather live in hostel or pay more for better hotels instead of here next time.

 "What an "upgrade"!"
Booked this hotel twice: - The first time: Upon arrival, we were told that our room has been flooded and we have been "upgraded" to a 3 star hotel "nearby". They called a taxi to send us to the hotel, which was located in a remote area (with NO underground service, only overground - you can imagine how "nearby" it is) - which totally ruined our traveling plan the next day. What is even more ridiculously is that our "upgraded" room was a room with 2 single beds with a BUNK BED - what kind of upgrade is this?!!!?? We did not pay hotel price to sleep on bunk beds!! Also, the room was tiny with hardly any room to walk let alone open our luggages to take our belongings out; the room was dark (only 1 light worked); the tiny tv didn't even work....seemed more like a downgrade to us! - Second time: Checked in early and after asking the staff whether I could have a room on the ground floor as we have loads of luggages the staff kindly gave us a room on the ground floor. The room was a bit dark but was spacious (WAY better than that "upgraded" hotel), although the bathroom was tiny; nice big TV (5 pounds deposit for remote control); simple breakfast with toast, cereal and tea - don't expect too much.

 "Great Location and Value"
For a cheap hotel this was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was minimal, but walk 2 minutes to the Georgian Cafe & get a full breakfast deal. It's a 3 minute walk to the tube. Next time we visit London we'll stay here again.

 "Very OK place to sleep"
EuroLodge is nothing fancy, a bit shabby but not creepy shabby. Beds are nothing to write home about, very thin pillows and duvets. My husband and I thought the place was perfectly fine for the price we paid as a place to sleep for a few days, but this isn't the place for you if you want to spend much time relaxing in your room or having a romantic time. The location is great (Clapham is a great area and it's a three minute walk to South Clapham tube station, two minute walk to Tesco grocery). Breakfast is (mostly cold) white toast with a selection of jam and butter, a few different cereals, apple and orange juices, milk, tea and instant coffee. Buy a little fruit at Tesco the night before and you're set to go. We stayed in Room 933, which I would recommend--it's in its own little alcove with only one other room, and is attached to a bizarre, but seemingly private rooftop patio. Not a very clean or nice one, but still nice to have that open space next to you. Would therefore probably be a very convenient room for smokers.

 "Value for money!"
Will be staying again in June, family living in Clapham so very convenient. No bells or whistles, just a place to sleep. Was lucky I got a double bed in my room and bathroom and shower were clean and perfectly adequate. What more could you want!? Asked for room at back and got one so it was nice and quiet. However, at 4am someone started walking around their bedroom on floor above in high heels for over an hour it seemed, and could not get back to sleep.......not the hotel's fault of course. Missed breakfast as it finishes at 9.30am but got sandwich in Tesco down the street, so not a problem. Prefer to get value and a reasonably priced clean room rather than pay for luxury and spend the difference on a nice meal, plenty of restaurants around! Receptionists very helpful and friendly.

 "Single traveller"
I's good value for money!!!+ location (located between two subway stations (2 Zone - 11 min and 3 Zone 2 min) & 30 min to train station)+ service (they have microwave & fridge)+ price per night - it's great- service (NOT bad, but they didn't make documents for TAX FREE)- breakfast (2 toasts, tea, cornflakes, jam, butter, juice, milk - that's all )- too thin walls (you heard everything in nearby room)- cleaning once a week

"Very good location at a very good price !"
The hotel's location is very good, nearby Clapham South station (zone 2), 20 minutes from the center or St Pancras. The room was clean, small but it was enough if you just stay at the hotel to sleep. Breakfast was simple (toast, butter, jelly, coffee, tea, apple or orange juice) but it was enough to start the day (they said 10am but at 9.30am they start closing). We arrived at 9am but we have been able to leave our luggage in a luggage room (locked and surveillance camera), on the day of our departure we also have been able to leave our luggage in the morning and come back later, as our train was at 20pm.The neighbourhood is nice, very nice pizzeria nearby the hotel, and Clapham Common just across the road.I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a cheap stay with a good location, and the service was also very good.

 "ok"
all you need for a cheap stay in london. a bed and a shower. zone 2 on the northern line. i'll mention that at 9:30 sharp they start clearing the breakfast. at 9:31 you cant find anything anymore. i think its rude and unprofessional.

 "Job Alkmaar"
Small rooms and beds (120 cm for a double is nice but not with the risk to fall out);quality was not the problem.Breakfast with only toast, butter and jelley, cerals and milk, that was all. I missed the cheese, eggs and pork.Near to Clapham-South Underground and fast in London City or by train to coast (Brighton in 1 1/2 hour). A park in front of the hotel and al lot of (als cheap) restaurants makes a stay here Oke.

"Nice, Clean and well located Hotel"
That was my 3rd time in London and this was the best hotel I had been. The room was cleaned every day. Every day new soap, I don't know why! Breakfast was standard, but always enough. The personal was very friendly. A Tube Station is only about 5 walking minutes away. Near the Tube Station is a Tesco and a Sainsbury, where you can buy food and other stuff you need. I would recommend this hotel. It is very good for a hotel of its category.
