Repair on the place. no heating in the daytime made it impossible to stay at the hotel.
in the evening the heat came on again but it was not possible to turn it up or down.Daczo

Staff are great, location as was house hunting in clapham. basic but you get what you pay for.The time we were there had to move rooms three times- mould next to bed, bathroom started flooding and then the room was really noisy. clean on the surface but very dusty... dont stay here if you have asthma.Anonymous

Really good location, near underground station and restuarants and bars and shops tooWe booked a double room. that room, the window could not be closed at all. there was no handle on the window to physically close it. the room faced the main road too, so we would have been freezing cold at night and the noise from the road would have been awful!
we moved into the twin room next to it instead. the two rooms had the "shared bathroom". what this is infact, is a shared apartment, but you do not get a key to the door to the apartment so you must always leave it open, which is open to the public. completely unacceptble in my opinion, and falsely advertised aswellAnonymous

Staff were flexible, kind and helpful, hotel is only 5 minutes away from tube station in a good area.Rooms quite small and was really hot, the heat just stuck there, other than that it's ok.Slade

I stayed in a particular room one weekend and i love it. it was big, bed was comfy, and i did not want to leave the room so i always try to request that room when i say thereOne negative thing is that they have a new extension at back of hotel. room was hmm well it seemed more basic than the other room i have stayed in, and i have stayed at that hotel about 8 times. there were no lamps in that room, the kettle was on the floor and the tea tray was in other part of that room. also i could hear a rat/mouse scratching and it seemed to be inside of the wall!! i could not sleep well cos of this.Anonymous
