My reservation had been lost and the hotel were very uncooperative. i had my reservation number but the hotel were unwilling to give me my room. i had to go to my mailbox and forward the reservation confirmation to reception. no apology for their mistake in losing the reservation. altogether a very unsatisfactory experience!

After three room changes, we got something rather decent. large room, big clean beds, lcd tv and a big bathroom. the room was cleaned everyday.
Firstly we were placed in a appalling room with no hot water, unclean beds, smelly carpeting etc. after half a day of hauling suitcases back to the reception, demanding what we reserved, we got a one time free full english breakfast and a nice room.

Its well organised and there are nice people that takes cares of the rooms
The management are not straight forward in case of any controversy. i paid for 10nights. on arrival i told them am staying for 8 days and will like 2 nights not charge. stylishly they agreed that 2 nights will be canceled in which i sent a mail to the effects with an acknowledgment. on the day of departure the manager in charge use every bad ways to stop the refund. after proving my points i was told that only one nights will be refunded.
this attitude spoilt my image about the hotel. there is no need to take payment for a service u know u never rendered.

The prices are quite cheap compared to other otels in london.
I chose the hotel because it includes breakfast.but there are nothing in breakfast without jam..my room was so cold because in there there is broken window and hotel staff tried to cover it by something.
