Cons: The quilt is not clean. they didn't clean our room everyday, and one night we came back and found that they just take away the towels and left the room uncleaned; we asked the person at the counter, but he cannot give us new towels. i think the service person is not helpful: they cannot solve the problem of wifi, nor the problem of our uncleaned room. they always ask us to "wait until tomorrow morning", which is very inconvenient.
