The positive about the hotel is the great location, it is claer and the hotel is serviceminded...Inconvenient: The hotel is at a main road. Can be nosy during the night... The walls are not as sound proof as hoped...

Bad services and unfriendly welcoming.(slow breakfast service, breakfast room too small, not very good food)Room not very clean and messy, bad quality of the beds.Rather good sleep quality as we didn't sleep on the road side (room n°10)I would not recommand it , especially in summer as it must be terribly hot.

Pros: There's so many facilities in the bedroom
- it even came with a kitchen! the staff were really nice and friendly. the ensuite was perfect. very clean. i enjoyed making the tea with the provided ingredients hehe. very close to oxford street
and marble arch (i.e mcdonald's yummy).
Cons: The front door had a gap in it so the noise of the construction worker working in the corridor came through very loud, however he stopped at night time so it didn't affect sleep or anything. but that's the only negative. i would definitely recommend this hotel to someone who doesn't want to spend too much money and someone who doesnt want to spend too little.

Pros: Nice room -very quiet bearing in mind we were in centre of london -staff friendly and good service provided
Cons: Tv did not work, leak from wash basin and shower could not be used as it leaked badly from pipe.breakfast was average.

Pros: Breakfast was great here. omletes and full buffet breakfast served daily. location very easy to find from train station.

Pros: The hotel was rather clean and the location, very near oxford street, was great.
Cons: Though refurbished, the restauration works have been made with a very low and poor budget! reception in the underground, no bar, no lounge. 4 storeys without lift and a very steep staircase. the hotel is good only for absolutely non demanding people.
