 "A day in the life of..."
You could not ask for a better location, being close to the British Museum, but the room was supposed to be of a 'Superior', staus, when in actual fact it was very small. The bed looked and felt like a temporary piece of furniture, fold-up. The mattess was thin, hard and not very comfortable. The curtains looked expensive, but then, they were meant to impress; possibly compensate for the poor quality of the room. The breakfast was excellent, but expensive. The staff were helpful. I have stayed in hotels all over the world, but London hotels tend to be more expensive for what they actuallly offer, in this respect, this one is fairly typical.

 "Good location"
Nice hotel, very good location for Leicester Square. The room was small but lovely and the staff very helpful. Our only problem was our room was right next to the lift which was a little noisy. On the whole it was a nice stay and I would recommend it for short visits at a reasonable cost.

 "Happy to help"
This was my first time here, booked short notice and due to cheap cost.I would not say I'm a snob but i do have a high standard. This hotel is clean and well presented with friendly staff. From the check-in to the check-out the staff were helpful and polite at all times. The rooms were to an impeccable standard, although were a little "compact" for me. One downside for me was the bathroom was showing signs for age.Overall though the stay was pleasant and I'm happy to recommend this hotel.

 "Good base for weekend in London's theatre / museum / shopping area"
Positives: 5-10 mins from Russell Square tube, 2 mins to British Museum; 10 mins to Tottenham Court Road for eating, theatres and start of shopping. Clean etc.Negatives: small room, drafty window, occasionally noisy radiator.

 "Grange White Hall Hotel"
A nice hotel, very convenient for the middle of London. Hotel was clean and tidy, but the room was very small and very hot. Slept with the window open during the blizzard. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
