Good location, reasonable price.
Room very small, ensuite smelt very musty. parking is a problem, even though we had booked a spot. local parking is very expensive. problem sorted out after we indicated that we would only stay for one night instead of the time we had booked. information from staff about london, very sketchy and normally wrong.Anonymous

This hotel is exactly what you see on the website, it is clean and tidy. the staff are extemely friendly and helpful. we stayed for 5 days in september 2009. the rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towels are provided. the location is excellent. it is only a few minutes walk away from paddington station. i would definately recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for value for money in central london.Pringle

Clean and friendlyWhen checking in after midnight the price we were quoted on the website wasnt the price we paid. an extra 5% was charged as we pre-settled the account with a credit card. at no point were we told about this and this cost another £8.00. we were told by the receptionist that there was a cash line back at paddington station, which would have been another 20 min walk and back. not good customer service at 25 mins past midnight. on that basis we not use easttobook.com again as your site is misleading and doesnt represent an honest travel agent. In a good area not too far from anything. friendly helpful people living in the general area. the rooms were nice, well equipped. Very limited on places to eat in the surrounding area. the area itself was not a nice place at night.
