Lovely big room near hyde park. fridge in room which would be really useful if we had spent a few days there. staff very friendly.The breakfast room was a bit grim. we ordered a cooked breakfast thye night before and they hadnt recieved the order the next day. bizarrely they said they only ordered the food they needed so we had to make do with continental. the staff were lovely about it though and even offered to go out and buy food. strange they didnt keep stock but at least you know its fresh!
