My first night there, I stayed in an adjacent building in a tiny, tiny room. The breakfast was lackluster - small selection and not very tasty. The yogurt comes in small containers and you need two or three to make an average size yogurt cup. One day they had no yogurt. Most days, no croissants.

"Buzzer kept us up all night!!"
So, we stayed here for a party we were going to on Greys Inn road, so perfect for the location. However, to put it mildly, it all looked a bit 'dodgy'. Thats ok. Room was small with a built in caravan like shower and toilet, looked hidious, however the shower was really powerful! The worst thing was that our room was by the door...with an electronic buzzer system for guests checking in at all time of the night. And it went of all times of the night, and it was never answered on the first buzz. NOT HAPPY. We paid £94 for one night and got no sleep! Not the idea of a hotel. There must be better ways of letting night guests in without waking up the guests already there! For example a wireless doorbell!Do not stay if you want to get some sleep!!!

"Location was good but that's about it"
The bathroom in the room made the toilets in British trains seem totally luxurious. Breakfast was mediocre to say the least. Beds were ok, but overall not great value for money.

 "worth it´s price"
You get what you pay for. But I think it was a charming hotel, close to "town". Good service. The bed was alittle hard. But That´s just me. The room we stayed in was small but if your not planing on sitting on a hotelroom for your stay in London this is perfekt.

"The hotel staff were helpful in providing heater/ blanket"
Pros: The hotel staff were helpful in providing heater/ blanket.
Cons: The room was in the cellar, it was really damp and cold. the window wasn't shut properly. as the stay was in december it was freezing cold. we didn't have a duvet only a sheet and we hadto ask for a blanket/ heater. really not fit for purpose, i've stayed in better hostels in so called 3rd world countries.

 "Great location for west end"
Pros: Great location for west end
Cons: There is no lift even though your website says there is, it is not a hotel but a guest house, misleading about free parking only free overnight and you can't leave it in same spot for 24hours. bedrooms small. breakfast appalling
