Pros: Great location, close to oxford street, yet very calm ( we were not disturbed by the traffic ) . the staff was very friendly in spite of our late arrival due to a flight delay. the room was very clean and spacious, with everything we might have needed ( a private bathroom, to start with, then, an iron, hair-dryer, tea and coffee ). so, we had a wonderful stay there and would recommend it to any traveller eager to discover london.

Pros: Hotel location is brilliant its central to everything, 5 min walk from tube station and oxford street, perfect for shopping.service was great and the cleanliness of the hotel was brilliant.
Cons: No negative experiences but it was a disappointment that we could not get breakfast in the morning.

Pros: We had a lovely stay at the hotel. the hotel is centrally situated and easy to get around where we wanted to go.
Cons: We couldn't connect to internet during our stay because we were on the highest floor and too far for wireless to reach. wash basin was far too small!

Bus and tube transport are virtually at the door making it easy access to major airports and intercity rail terminals. The main sightseeing tours commence from Marble Arch and we are centrally based for the London Theatres. For Business Guests we are ideally situated.
